Returns & Refunds

1. Damaged Product
We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged product,
please provide clear photographs of the damaged product, including its packaging, to our email
arsriaa@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.


2. Refund Process
Upon verification of the damage, we will initiate a full refund for the damaged product. Please
note that the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.


3. Partial Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel only a part of your order, the shipping amount will not be deducted from
the refunded amount.


4. Payment Service Provider
We use a payment service provider for processing payments. The duration of the refund
process may vary, and it is subject to the policies of the payment service provider. Typically, it
may take 7-12 days (working days) for the refund to reflect in your account.

– We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds if the product damage is not reported
within 3 days of delivery or if the product has been tampered with or used.
– Returns and refunds are only applicable to damaged products as per the terms mentioned
above.
